Qualifications & Expectations
• Accounting majors who are on track to graduate with 120 credit hours and plan to sit for the CPA exam.
• Candidates should be entrepreneurial, hard-working, possess critical-thinking skills, and willing to adapt to new and challenging tasks.
• 3.0+ GPA is preferred.
What does a DOZ internship offer?
Hands-On Experience: Gain advanced accounting skills and real CPA experience through completing an average of 35 audits (audit interns) or 250 tax returns (tax interns).
Personalized Guidance: Receive valuable feedback from senior management and connect with a dedicated mentor for additional learning and support.
Advance Your Career: 90% of our interns receive full-time offers and many former interns are current full-time staff.
